| I have never tried any kind of fake eyelashes until now. My eyelashes are very short and I have recently developed a severe sensitivity to most any mascara I try (even hypo-allergenic?). I had resorted to using a lite dusting of shadow and a thin line of eye-liner. Of course this just does not do it and my eyes look so plain. So, today while shopping at Sally's I came across the DuraLash Lashes and convinced myself to buy them. I'm thinking that I have really become desperate to try false lashes. They are great!!!! I wish I had tried this a long time ago. I bought the short length in brown and also purchased the adhesive made just for individual lashes. For it to be my first time at this it was rather easy to apply them (just remember not to overdo it with the glue, it makes lashes stiff) and only took me about 15 minutes. They look great and so natural not to mention comfortable. I hate the feeling of heavy mascara. I applied them this morning and was a little afraid they would fall off (embarassing :( ) but here it is about 9 hours and a shower later and they are attached as securely as my own lashes plus I have had a nap . The packaging suggests that they last 4-6 wks. I will let you know how long mine survive. |
