Tina Turnbow for tarte: flower child eyeshadow palette. For the crease and eye lid, Turnbow blended the shimmering firewheel, matte buttercup and the shimmering ecru hibiscus. On the brow bone, she used the double-ended brush that comes with the palette to apply the pink peony.
