"Eva's love of dark, smoky eye make-up and red lipstick influenced much of the look of the character Vesper Lynd," said Lackersteen. "I managed to persuade Eva to let me warm her skin tone so she didn't look too vampy. It was great to be able to take Vesper Lynd through so many different looks, from natural and slightly vulnerable to sophisticated/mysterious and dramatic. And then, of course, breaking her look down for the shower scene and when the character dies in Venice. Vesper is a more complex Bond Girl than usual and I tried to reflect that with the variety of make-up looks."
