Make-up artist Melanie Inglessis helped Glee star Lea Michele get red-carpet ready for the 2012 Met Costume Institute Gala.
Inglessis lined the eyes in deep plums then applied copper tones to the lids, taking great care to blend the edges of the liner in order to achieve a soft, smoky effect. After applying a darker shadow over the top of the liner to further define the eyes, Inglessis kept the rest of the look fresh and simple with a hint of color on the cheekbones and a natural lipstick.
