Cadillac Records tells the story of Chicago blues label Chess Records, which scored hits in the ‘50s and ‘60s with artists Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf, Chuck Berry and Etta James. Cloutier artist Francesca Tolot transformed pop singer Beyoncé into James, whose early look included platinum-blond hair, well-defined brows and the cat-eye liquid liner in vogue at the time.
