To achieve the neutral eye color look, Joleen white washed the lid (she applied a light-colored pan-cake make-up like MAX Factor Pan-Cake) and blended it leaving a nice light base on the eyelid. In the crease area, she applied M.A.C. Eye Shadow in Swiss Chocolate and Mystery in the outside corner, and she lightly lined the bottom with the Swiss Chocolate shadow.
Eye Liner
M.A.C. Cake Eye Liner in black is applied to the top lid, extending the line out a little at the end and Swiss Chocolate was put over the cake liner to soften the line. For a smoky dramatic eye, Joleen applied a grayish color in the crease and black on the outer corner and underneath the eye.
